As Vice President of Operations, Lori leads the product management and client services aspects of the business. Prior to joining RelevantNoise as a founding employee in 2005, Lori co-founded, and subsequently sold, a successful upscale chocolate company.
Prior to her entrepreneurial experience, Lori held director – level positions with ITXC (a BtoB Voice over IP company) in New Business Development, Project Management and Product Management, and helped bring ITXC public in 2000. Lori began her corporate career with AT&T where she managed the opening and operations of two billing centers, drove the billing requirements for its Automatic Bill Payment and In–person Payment programs, as well as managing the strategic planning for AT&T's local service deployment.
Lori holds a bachelors degree in Education from Lyndon State College and a mini-MBA from the AT&T School of Business in cooperation with Wharton.
Dan Lynn, Co-Founder
Dan co-founded Adverb Media in 2006, serving as the company's CEO. Prior to Adverb Media, Dan served as CEO of RelevantNoise, an innovative blog mining technology company he founded in 2005. At the same time, Dan served as co–CEO of DigitalGrit, a leading interactive marketing agency he helped found in 2000. Under Dan's leadership, DigitalGrit was named one of the Best Small and Medium-sized Companies to Work for in America by SHRM. The firm was also among Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 for New Jersey and the #1 Best Place to Work in that state in 2005.
Prior to DigitalGrit, Dan was division vice president of marketing for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Inc., the $8 billion leader in payroll and HR outsourcing solutions. In that role, Dan directed global marketing communications, online marketing and product management. Previously, Dan was at AT&T where he held several key sales, marketing and strategic functions.
Dan is also president of Something Great Foundation, Inc. a not–for–profit charitable organization he founded in 2003. Dan holds an MBA from Rutgers University's Executive MBA program.
Scott Goldthwaite, Co-Founder
Scott co-founded DigitalGrit in 2000 and served as the company's co–CEO for over 5 years, and then in early 2005, he helped found RelevantNoise. Scott has over 20 years experience in computer systems operations, process management and technology design engineering and business management. Scott held a senior operations role at Lattice Semiconductor, the inventor and leading supplier of in–system programmable logic devices. Before Lattice, Scott served in diverse engineering and marketing positions at Metem, a $50 million manufacturer of turbine blades, and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), a leading computer company that is now part of Compaq Corporation.
Scott has several advanced degrees including an MBA from Northeastern University and a Masters of Science from Purdue University.
Joel Macaluso, Vice President, Technology
Joel is a founding staff member of RelevantNoise and also serves as VP of Technology for Zeta Interactive. Joel applies a proven business technology expertise to RelevantNoise's business, drawing on wide-ranging experience that spans Web-based application and e-commerce development to industrial (plant floor) automation to globally distributed data warehouses. During his career, Joel has architected and delivered solutions for leading corporations including ADP, Aventis, Hanover Direct, Lipton, Merck, Nabisco, Palm, Pfizer and Wrigley. Joel is a graduate of Rutgers College and has a BA in Computer Science.
